GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS

Hertford & District Table-Tennis League confirm that email addresses of individuals are held solely for the purpose of sending newsletters and any other relevant table-tennis information. When contacting members, the emails will be sent out in “blind copy” format to avoid revealing email addresses of other recipients. No email addresses are passed to third parties for any purposes whatsoever. Email addresses and telephone numbers of committee members and team captains will be shown in the handbook and on a pdf version available on the website.  No home addresses will be shown in either the handbook or on the pdf version available on the website.  Again this information will not knowingly be passed to third parties.
