Inter-League Tournament ? |

If there is an interest, it is proposed that a competition between the four leagues affiliated to the County - Hertford, Hemel, North Herts and SHAW, be reinstated.
The idea is at an early stage, particularly the format. Our view is that if the competition goes ahead, we would look to enter a team from each division.
The format may be either two or three player teams played on a round-robin basis.
The date would probably be in either April or May at a venue in the county that would have a number of tables to facilitate the competition. Two of the possible venues are Welwyn and St Albans.
The idea is very much at an embryo stage, but we would appreciate that if anybody is interested in representing obviously the best league in Hertfordshire that they express their interest to me or any other member of the committee.
