ALLENBURYS I won the Premier Division title in emphatic fashion, Mike Merryweather, Tom Reeve, Yilmaz Bectemir and Lee Barley
unbeaten in 10-0 victories over Hoddesdon I and HRC I.
In Division 1, congratulations to HRC II. Will Featherstone edged past John Morgan 11-9 in the fifth having won a marathon
third game 25-23 in a match totalling 127 points to help HRC II defeat Allenburys II 6-4. The key result was a 9-1 defeat of
closest rivals, Grundy Park II, Will, Abdul Olagboyega & Dave Cocks all unbeaten on the night. Grundy Park finished just five
points behind after a Richard Fellows treble gave them a 6-4 win against Allenburys II. Bottom club Pramastars beat Hoddesdon II
8-2 to at least end the season on a high point.
In Division 2, the title went to GRUNDY PARK III. Although they went down 7-3 to their nearest rivals, Hoddesdon III, Rocco
Cuffaro, Jack Callaghan & Sam Flaum then picked up 31 points out of a possible 40 including a 10-0 thrashing of Cheshunt III to finish
three points clear at the top.
